Yt-emb: Quick & Simple Youtube Embedding
Yt-emb is a free Chrome add-on developed by Joshee. It allows users to easily embed Youtube videos for sharing and distribution. With Yt-emb, you can open a Youtube video as a regular or no-cookie embedded link.
One of the main features of Yt-emb is the option to "Open as Embed" or "Open as No-cookie" when right-clicking on a Youtube video. Additionally, there are convenient keyboard shortcuts available. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+Up opens the current tab as a regular embed, while Ctrl+Shift+Down opens the current tab as a no-cookie embed.
The developer also promises future features, including an actual utility window within the extension and more shortcuts to enhance navigation on Youtube.
Please note that extension shortcuts must be manually assigned in the browser settings, specifically in chrome://extensions/shortcuts or any other Chromium browser you use. It is important to mention that official Youtube music videos must be opened as a no-cookie embed, as Youtube does not allow music to be embedded. If the no-cookie embedded video is unavailable, simply refresh until it becomes available.
